About The Position

This role involves handling customer parts requirements through counter service and telephone sales. The position requires accurate invoicing and pulling of parts, placing them for customer pick-up or delivery, and maintaining a friendly and professional customer interaction. The individual will also advise customers on part substitutions or modifications when replacements are unavailable, assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts counter area with stocked display shelves, and help with physical stock inventory. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to handle parts requirements of customers through counter service and telephone sales.
• Proficiency in invoicing and pulling parts correctly.
• Skill in placing parts in the appropriate area for customer pick-up or delivery.
• Capability to greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to advise customers on part substitutions or modifications when replacements are unavailable.
• Assistance in keeping parts counter area clean and display shelves stocked and orderly.
• Assistance with physical stock inventory.
