This role involves handling customer parts requirements through counter service and telephone sales. The position requires accurate invoicing and pulling of parts, placing them for customer pick-up or delivery, and maintaining a friendly and professional customer interaction. The individual will also advise customers on part substitutions or modifications when replacements are unavailable, assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts counter area with stocked display shelves, and help with physical stock inventory. Other duties may be assigned.
