Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts
• Background in dementia and behavioral care

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home support including companionship, assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments or outings, medication reminders, and emotional support.

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)
