About The Position

As a Caregiver at Capri Communities, you will provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living for RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents, following organizational and regulatory requirements. The advertised 4-day work week offers 32 hours of work with pay for 40 hours each week, with 8-hour shifts, at select locations. The schedule is available for eligible full-time and part-time positions.

Requirements

• Must have CBRF certifications.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Perform light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.
