About The Position

Allpro Staffnet d/b/a Allpro Homecare is seeking a Caregiver to provide quality non-medical homecare to its veteran population. Caregivers provide support according to each client's service plan; duties may vary based on the client's needs. Scheduling and available hours depend on client needs, with varying shifts available Sunday through Saturday and part-time or full-time hours available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a New Hampshire National background check.
• Must complete state-required TB testing.
• Must complete a state-required physical.
• One year of caregiver experience.
• Valid driver's license or state ID and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform housekeeping.
• Assist clients with transfers and ambulation, including use of a cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift as applicable to the client.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Plan, prepare, and serve meals, involving clients when they are able.
• Assist clients with toileting, including use of a bedpan or toilet.
• Report unusual events or occurrences to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Complete all other duties within the Client Service Plan.
