About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will support people with developmental goals and help them grow, learn, and live well. You will build meaningful relationships, help participants take part in their communities and enjoy favorite activities, and support goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also involves assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
