About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is hiring Caregivers for its Rosemount Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Caregivers provide personalized, person-centered care and support to residents. The role is open to experienced or newly certified applicants. Paid onboarding training is provided for four days, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the company’s Arden Hills, Minnesota training center, along with ongoing support and development from experienced leadership. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time hires, payable after six months of employment. Both part-time and full-time shifts are available. The PM shift is 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; all shifts require availability every other weekend.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass medications; training is provided.
• Availability to work every other weekend for all shifts, including part-time and full-time shifts.
• Excellent communication, empathy, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support resident mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Assist with medication administration; training is provided.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
