About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers in Cedar Park and surrounding areas of Northwest Austin to provide one-to-one in-home support to aging adults. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, and companionship. The role offers pay of $17–$19 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Applicants must meet state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background-screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments and assist with errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
