About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home assistance to aging adults in Central and South Austin and surrounding areas. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The position offers pay of $17–$19 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• A valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured and registered personal vehicle, if able to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries, when able to transport clients.
• Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, and other activities.
