About The Position

Associated Home Care is hiring caregivers, including Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs), to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The role is full-time and listed for Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with multiple locations across Massachusetts. Open availability is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.

Nice To Haves

• HHA certificate or CNA license; certification is not required, and training is provided.
• Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion.
• Open availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote clients’ emotional well-being.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and changes in condition.
