About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build relationships with clients and support aging adults.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
HCA registration with the State of California, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey says it can help candidates obtain registration upon hire.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Comply with state background screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Provide mobility support to clients.
