About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one in-home care to seniors in Amarillo and nearby communities. The role helps clients maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence at home. Part-time and PRN weekend opportunities are available, including day, night, and overnight shifts. Pay is $12–$14 per hour, with bi-weekly pay. Training is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA experience is preferred; training is available for qualified candidates.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime routines.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide compassionate, non-medical assistance that supports clients’ dignity, comfort, and independence.
