About The Position

Preferred Care at Home of North Nashville is expanding its care team and is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to support seniors in Nashville and surrounding areas. This opening includes care for a bed-bound female client in Nashville, providing personal care, assistance with transfers using a Hoyer lift, and continuous support. Hoyer lift experience is required for this assignment. Full-time and part-time openings are available, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Caregivers may also travel to surrounding areas for assignments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience; professional employment and personal family care both count.
• Hands-on experience operating a Hoyer lift.
• Experience working with bed-bound clients.
• Must be available to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be willing to travel throughout Nashville and surrounding areas as needed.
