About The Position

Best Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to provide in-home care for an elderly female patient in Ocala, Florida. The patient requires total care and assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). This full-time role is scheduled for 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available. Compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous experience caring for total-care or bedridden patients.
• Experience using a Hoyer lift, or willingness to learn.
• Current CPR certification.
• Level 2 background screening.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Safely transfer the patient from bed to wheelchair using a Hoyer lift.
• Assist with repositioning and mobility.
• Prepare breakfast and other meals as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide companionship and ensure the patient's comfort and safety.
