About The Position
Independent Home Health is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one, non-medical care in clients’ homes. The role is based in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, with evening shifts Monday through Friday and weekend work. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position offers flexible scheduling and immediate openings.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass background checks.
- Have a caring, dependable, and patient attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
- Follow care plans and document services.
