About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a male client. The position offers evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. Caregivers support seniors and adults with disabilities and help improve clients’ quality of life. Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Interest in participating in the CNA School Program.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and one-on-one care.
Assist with personal hygiene, including peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Transport clients to appointments or outings.
Provide medication reminders.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA, with a minimum of $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.

Mileage reimbursement between client visits if visits are under one hour apart.
