About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Caregiver for a residential program. The role supports people with developmental goals and helps them grow, learn, live well, participate in their community, and enjoy their favorite activities. Caregivers assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The position offers paid training and tools for career development. The stated wage is $16 per hour, and one full-time position is available.

Requirements

• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Help participants grow, learn, and live well.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
• Help participants take part in the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist people with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
