About The Position
As a full-time Caregiver for Residential Program at Sevita, you support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals and build trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend. The role includes helping individuals with daily living activities and promoting their inclusion and participation in their communities. No experience is required; paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license held for at least one year without restrictions.
- Clean driving record.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Successful clearance of background checks.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals in reaching personal and developmental goals, including budgeting and nutrition.
- Build strong, trusting relationships as a mentor, advocate, and friend.
- Take initiative in daily work and contribute ideas and dedication.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and outings.
- Help individuals engage with their communities and attend favorite events.
