Weekday/Daytime Caregivers Needed $19-$22.50 hr.
About The Position
Help at Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers with weekday daytime availability to support local seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Caregivers provide companionship and practical assistance, which may include help with errands, mobility, personal care, medication reminders, and daily activities so clients can remain safe and comfortable at home. Professional caregiving experience is not required, though experience caring for seniors, including family members or friends, is preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, opportunities for professional development and advancement, and compensation based on hands-on skill and dementia competence assessments. Caregivers can also earn additional pay by completing specialized certifications.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Proof of auto insurance with the applicant's name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.
- Ability to clear a background check and drug screening.
- Dependability and integrity.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage seniors in meaningful activities.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
