Part-Time PM Shift Caregiver at Assisted Living Facility
About The Position
Meadowbrook Village Christian Retirement Community is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to provide excellent, personalized care for residents struggling with the difficulties of aging. The caregiving team aims to provide not only accurate care but also enriching personal interactions for residents. Residents and their families often comment on the staff's friendliness and dedication, and we are looking for individuals who share this mindset. This role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication management, light meal preparation, laundry, escorting residents, and providing general support to help them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a basic physical exam
- Commitment to excellence in care
- Professionalism in following HIPAA standards
- Ability to promote resident dignity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
- Comfortable being active, walking, and using golf carts throughout the campus

- Prior experience in care-giving is preferred
