Requirements

HCA or CNA certification preferred (we provide paid training if needed)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Pass a written competency test, drug screening, and background check
Reliable, honest, and caring attitude with a passion for caregiving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Support clients in maintaining independence at home
Adapt to varying schedules and client needs
