About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for both full-time and part-time Caregiver positions. We’re looking for individuals who share our values of care, compassion, and commitment to serving others. Competitive pay: $20–$22/hour (depending on experience and certification).

Requirements

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
Honest, dependable, and caring individual with a passion for working as a Caregiver

Nice To Haves

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required (we pay for Caregiver training)

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services as a Caregiver, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
Deliver high-quality in-home Caregiver support tailored to each client’s needs
Work primarily in clients' homes with flexible shifts available for full-time and part-time Caregivers
