Caregivers - Seattle and Bellevue
About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home support to aging adults in Seattle, Bellevue, and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with a particular need for caregivers willing and available to work short four-hour morning or daytime shifts. Short four-hour shifts pay $26 per hour, while standard shifts pay $22–$24 per hour; longer shifts may also be available. Daytime and weekend availability is highly preferred. Caregivers who drive or are willing to commute between clients are encouraged to apply. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. TheKey describes itself as a provider of private-pay in-home care for seniors and offers caregiver support through local teams and management. Qualified caregivers may often begin working within three to five days after applying. Employees must comply with state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements
- Active CNA or HCA license.
- CPR certification.
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills.
- Driver for clients, with a vehicle, car insurance, and vehicle registration.
- Comply with state background-screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing in clients’ homes.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands, including grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
