Requirements
- High School education
- 1 year of experience
- Caring and compassionate individual
Responsibilities
- Provide caregiver support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure exceptional care and service
- Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services provided
- Adhere to Right at Home South Bend's policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
