About The Position

RoseWood Village Greenbrier is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to help residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported while encouraging them to maintain as much independence as possible. No CNA or caregiver certification is required; training will be provided. The position is part-time on the second shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) and also offers PRN shifts across all shifts. Flexible scheduling is available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and training.

Nice To Haves

• Senior living, assisted living, memory care, home care, PCA, or CNA experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Respond to resident needs and call systems.
• Document the care and services provided.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Work with the resident care team to provide consistent, compassionate care.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
