About The Position

RoseWood Village Greenbrier is hiring Caregivers / Resident Assistants to provide compassionate support to residents while helping them feel safe, comfortable, and supported and encouraging them to maintain as much independence as possible. No CNA or caregiver certification is required; training is provided. The position is part-time on the second shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.), with PRN openings on all shifts. Flexible scheduling is available. The listed pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening and training.

Nice To Haves

• Senior living, assisted living, memory care, home care, PCA, or CNA experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Respond to resident needs and call systems.
• Document care and services provided.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Work with the resident care team to provide consistent, compassionate care.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
