Caregiver Resident Assistant Med Tech
About The Position
Alto Walden Woods, part of Allegro Living, is hiring for Resident Assistant and Med Tech openings in assisted living. Resident Assistants provide compassionate, hands-on care, help residents with daily living activities, and offer a steady, caring presence. No certifications are required for Resident Assistant roles. Med Techs administer medications accurately, monitor resident health, and support the clinical team; Med Tech certification is required. Both roles are offered full-time, part-time, and PRN. Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Alto Walden Woods in Plant City, Florida; no appointment is necessary.
Requirements
- Med Tech certification is required for Med Tech positions.
- No certifications are required for Resident Assistant positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Provide a steady, caring presence to residents.
- Administer medications accurately.
- Monitor resident health.
- Support the clinical team.
