About The Position
PeopleCare Health Services is seeking a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to provide non-medical home care to clients according to their care plans. The role promotes client dignity, independence, comfort, mobility, personal appearance, and safety. Care is delivered in clients’ homes during assigned hours and days. PeopleCare Health Services provides home healthcare services across Colorado, including homemaking, personal care, skilled nursing, and companionship. Responsibilities
- Perform homemaking and personal care duties in the client’s home during assigned hours and days.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe home environment while performing household tasks.
- Protect client confidentiality and maintain personal health information according to policy.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
- Attend applicable training and communicate additional training needs to office staff.
- Follow agency policies and procedures.
- Communicate client needs to office personnel and assist in coordinating care with family members.
