Responsibilities

• Perform homemaking and personal care duties in clients’ homes during assigned hours and days.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment and take measures to keep clients’ homes safe.
• Protect client confidentiality and handle personal health information according to policy.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
• Attend applicable training and communicate additional training needs to office staff.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
• Communicate client needs to office personnel and assist in coordinating care with family members.
