About The Position

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide to provide in-home support that improves clients’ quality of life and promotes comfort, dignity, and safety. The role includes personal care, assistance with daily activities, companionship, and household support. Hourly pay is up to $16, depending on the case worked, and daily pay is available. Schedules and weekly hours may grow based on the caregiver’s availability. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals, whether professional or personal, preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
