About The Position

Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide to provide in-home support that improves clients’ quality of life and offers comfort, dignity, and assistance. The role involves helping clients with personal care and daily living activities, household tasks, companionship, and errands or transportation when applicable. Hourly pay is up to $16, depending on the case. Daily pay is available, and schedules and weekly hours can grow based on availability. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals, either professionally or personally, preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed, up to 50 pounds.
Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Professional or personal experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
