About The Position

As a Caregiver Personal Care Aide, you will support clients at home and help improve their quality of life by providing comfort, dignity, and assistance with daily needs. The role includes personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, household tasks, companionship, and help with errands or appointments when applicable. Work schedules and weekly hours can grow based on availability. Hourly pay is up to $16, depending on the case worked, and daily pay options are available. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred; professional or personal experience is accepted.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed, up to 50 pounds.
Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals, whether professional or personal.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
