About The Position

We are hiring for multiple Caregiver/PCA positions in the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder area. The hours will vary depending on your availability and client needs, with shifts ranging from 4-12 hours. This is not a full-time position, and shifts are not guaranteed. Candidates must be able to pass a drug test. We offer initial training and continuous education in senior care.

Requirements

Must be compassionate and caring, focusing on the client's needs.
Must be a good communicator, relating to clients on a personal level and listening carefully.
Must be flexible, taking shifts as they are available and working within client constraints.
Must be reliable and responsible, showing up on time and following procedures.
Must pass a drug test.
Must attain a 2-Step TB Test OR Chest X-Ray
Must attain a Physical
Must provide ID/Driver’s License
Must provide Social Security Card
Must have Valid CPR/ First Aid Certification
Must have Personal Care Attendant Certificate
Must pass Fingerprint Clearance/ Background Check
Must have Car Insurance & 3 Year Driving History (if you are a driver)

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of care-giving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Accept shifts that are assigned to you on our app specialized for caregivers
Assist the client by driving them when needed (if you are a driver)
Transport yourself to assigned shifts by car, bus, Lyft, etc.
Enter caregiver notes for shifts on the app
Clock in and clock out using our app for every shift on time
Keep your credentials up to date and send them over email or text to keep your profile up to date
Collaborate with facility staff, client families, and other caregivers who work with the same client to ensure the client is being cared for
Light house cleaning, meal prep, companionship, assisting with changing clothes, bathing, etc.
