About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers/PCAs to join our team. This is not a full-time position, and hours will vary depending on client availability and needs. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours. We value our caregivers and offer benefits such as PTO, overtime pay, and health insurance when qualified. We also provide initial training and continuous education in senior care. Multiple positions are available in Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder areas.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Attain a 2-Step TB Test OR Chest X-Ray.
- Provide Physical ID/Driver’s License.
- Provide Social Security Card.
- Obtain Valid CPR/ First Aid Certification.
- Obtain Personal Care Attendant Certificate.
- Pass Fingerprint Clearance/ Background Check.
- Provide Car Insurance & 3 Year Driving History (if driving clients).
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of care-giving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accept shifts assigned via the caregiver app.
- Assist clients by driving them when needed.
- Transport yourself to assigned shifts.
- Enter caregiver notes for shifts on the app.
- Clock in and out using the app for every shift on time.
- Keep credentials up to date and submit them via email or text.
- Collaborate with facility staff, client families, and other caregivers.
- Perform light house cleaning, meal preparation, companionship, and assist with changing clothes, bathing, etc.
