About The Position

We are hiring CNAs and PCAs to serve clients in Salem, Gloucester, Ipswich, Topsfield, Saugus, and nearby towns. We offer flexible scheduling options, including days, various shift lengths (2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 hours), and overnights. We build schedules around your availability. This role involves providing companionship, assisting with mobility and personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation for errands and appointments.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (CNA or PCA)
• Valid driver’s license + reliable, insured vehicle
• Comfortable commuting to homes in the Salem area

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship, activities, and conversation
• Assist with safe mobility, stand-by support, and transfers
• Help with meal prep + medication reminders
• Support personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Transportation to errands and appointments
