About The Position

AdvisaCare is hiring a Caregiver or Home Health Aide to provide focused, one-on-one care in clients’ homes in Decatur, Michigan, and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities and providing the individual support they need to remain safe and comfortable at home. Openings are available for first and second shifts, with listed hours of 6 a.m.–9 a.m. and 6 p.m.–9 p.m., immediate weekday availability, and rotating weekend work.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in patient care is preferred.
