About The Position
HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate in-home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized one-on-one care to seniors. The role supports older adults in maintaining independence and quality of life in their homes through personal care, companionship, homemaking, and communication with the office care team. The position serves White Lake, Michigan, and surrounding areas. The posting lists full-time or part-time work and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.
Nice To Haves
- CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or at least one year of personal caregiving experience preferred; candidates with 0–1 year of experience are also accepted.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Build relationships with clients through conversation, emotional support, and social activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Observe, document, and report changes in clients’ health or status to the office care team.
