About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HCAs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors throughout the community. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Weekday, weekend, evening, and NOC openings are available, with premium pay differentials for eligible weekday, weekend, and evening hours. Scheduling is flexible. Team members working at least 20 hours per week receive free primary care after 90 days, and employees can access earned wages early through Tapcheck.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Washington State CNA or HCA certification is preferred.
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
• Evening and/or NOC availability (7 PM–7 AM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Offer medication reminders and observe changes in client condition.
