About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring a full-time caregiver to support seniors in their homes in Lawrenceville, Norcross, and surrounding communities. Through its GreatCare® methodology, the company aims to help seniors remain happy, healthy, and independent at home while ensuring caregivers feel valued and supported. Pay is $15–$16 per hour based on experience, with earnings up to $17 per hour for PRN, weekend, and last-minute shifts. Scheduling is flexible based on client needs and caregiver availability. The role provides one-on-one client care, with opportunities to choose clients suited to the caregiver’s schedule and experience.

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience, professional or personal.
Ability to pass a background check.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Provide medication reminders.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
Observe and report changes in clients’ condition or behavior.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
