About The Position

Right at Home is building its caregiver team in Grants Pass, Oregon, in preparation for upcoming client placements. Caregivers provide compassionate in-home support to seniors and vulnerable adults, helping them live safely and independently in their homes. Applicants may be considered for assignments as client needs develop. The organization provides ongoing training and support, caregiver-to-client matching, and a supportive team culture.

Requirements

• Pass a background check.
• Have reliable transportation and valid identification.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience, including CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience; this is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support to seniors and vulnerable adults.
