Caregiver/Home Health Aide/CNA
About The Position
Integrity/BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in the Waynesville and St. Robert, Missouri areas. The work supports clients with activities of daily living and helps them live their best lives at home. Available hours vary by location. The employer is currently staffing part-time hours and PRN/fill-in shifts, with potential to build additional hours. Flexible scheduling is offered. Pay is $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver roles and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care assistance.
- Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Provide medication assistance.
