Requirements
- Caregiving experience preferred
- PCA, HHA, CNA, LNA, or Home Health Aide experience is a plus
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience and compassion
- Dependable and reliable
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Willingness to travel to assigned client locations
- Reliable transportation when required for the assigned client
- Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility in and around the home
- Personal care and hygiene
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Preparing meals
- Light housekeeping
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Supporting clients in maintaining their independence
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Following the client's care plan
- Other duties as assigned
