Requirements

• Have caregiving, home care, PCA, HHA, CNA, or LNA experience, or be willing to learn
• Be dependable and responsible
• Have good communication skills
• Enjoy working with seniors
• Be comfortable providing personal care when required
• Have reliable transportation when required for the assigned position

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping with meals and light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility and daily activities
• Helping with errands and appointments
• Supporting clients with maintaining their independence and dignity
• Communicating changes or concerns to the care team
