About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Full-Time LNAs to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes throughout Nashua and Manchester, NH. Instead of working with facility ratios, you'll focus on one client at a time, build meaningful relationships, and provide care based on each client's individual needs. This position offers flexible scheduling, with short shifts (2-4 hour client visits) available, and opportunities for day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends. Daily pay is also available.

Requirements

Current and valid LNA license
Compassionate and dependable
Professional and reliable
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Able to work independently in a client's home
Reliable transportation required
Willingness to complete required employment and background screening

Nice To Haves

Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
Home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support while helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Personal care and activities of daily living
Bathing, dressing, and grooming
Toileting and incontinence care
Mobility and transfers
Companionship and social support
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping related to the client's care
Transportation and errands when needed
Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
Following the client's individualized care plan
