About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare Caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence through assistance tailored to their needs. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. The listed pay range is $15.00–$17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication.
- Be capable of responsibly handling confidential information.
- Be accountable and reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals.
- Perform housekeeping.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care.
- Provide transportation assistance.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
