About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring Skilled Personal Attendants (Caregivers) to support seniors in Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, and nearby areas. The role provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and social engagement. Caregivers work split or stacked shifts, combining 1–4-hour shifts to form full workdays, and must be able to travel up to 25 miles for work. Interviews are virtual.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour for Personal Attendants and $24 per hour for Weekend Personal Attendants working Saturdays and Sundays only.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving or personal attendant experience.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle; rideshare services and public transportation are not accepted.
• Ability to work split or stacked shifts, combining 1–4-hour shifts to form full workdays.
• Ability to travel up to 25 miles for work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• Availability for daytime, afternoon, and evening work.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• HCA License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, walking, grooming, eating, incontinence care, and transfers.
• Assist with the safe use and setup of assistive equipment.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support mobility, transfers, and general safety.
• Encourage communication and social engagement.
• Document care tasks accurately.
• Build meaningful relationships while upholding professional and ethical standards.
