About The Position

Always Best Care of Chester County is hiring caregivers for in-home, non-medical care opportunities in Oxford and the surrounding areas of Nottingham, West Grove, and Kennett Square. The agency values and supports its Home Health Aides as they provide clients with compassionate care and help make a positive difference in their lives. Flexible daytime shifts are available. Requirements

• Reside in Chester County.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Have at least 6 months of in-home care experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care as needed, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Assist clients with ambulation and transfers.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and vacuuming.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Assist with transportation for shopping, errands, and doctor appointments.
• Perform additional duties as required.
