About The Position

NorBella Centerville is seeking a compassionate and passionate Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join their team. This role involves assisting seniors in a 40-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services, with the goal of helping them 'Age Magnificently'. The community is described as growing with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Available shifts include Part-Time AMs (6am-2pm) & PMs (2pm-10pm) and On-Call.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
