About The Position
Prairie Bluffs, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team! Prairie Bluffs is conveniently located right off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 140-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time AMs, PMs, and NOCs HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.
