About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide in-home care and support to clients in Windsor and surrounding areas. The role offers a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the possibility of increasing shift length over time. Caregivers help clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes by providing personal care, companionship, household assistance, and support according to individualized care plans.

Nice To Haves

Experience in caregiving, home care, or as an HCA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Assist with mobility and promote client safety.
Run errands as needed.
Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the care team.
Provide compassionate, dependable care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
