About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is hiring caring, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide compassionate, personalized in-home care to clients in Sebastopol and surrounding areas. A variety of shifts are available, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential for shift lengths to increase over time. Nice To Haves

Experience in caregiving, home care, or as a Home Care Aide (HCA) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Support mobility and maintain a safe environment.
Run errands as needed.
Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the care team.
Provide reliable, compassionate support that allows clients to remain comfortable and safe at home.
